Five Russian IT-companies (Social Initiatives, Cognitive Technologies, ATIS, Interprogma, Intellectual Technologies) and National Association of Innovations and IT Development plan to launch social network for innovators, investing $2 million.
The project will be named kulibin.org and it is supposed to help 200.000 users and 1.300 Association of Innovations members to communicate with each other.
