"Russian Standard" bank has purchased 74% of authorized capital of "Russian Standard - Invest", according to the Interfax agency. Earlier the bank didn’t own any shares of the company.
"Russian Standard - Invest" controls the insurance business of the "Russian Standard" group, the Jouint-stock company "Russian Standard - Strakhovanie".
The deal is conducted among the moves to consolidate the financial business of the group under the control of the "Russian Standard" bank. In the October the bank has bought already 25,02% shares of "Russian Standard - Strakhovanie", which belonged to the Cardif SA from BNP Paribas French group of companies.
